🏰 Bouncy Castle Rentals – Safe & Professional Setup
At Kettle Valley Party Rentals, all commercial bouncy castles require professional delivery and setup by our team to ensure they are installed safely and properly.
Delivery, professional setup, and pickup are handled by our trained staff for these larger inflatables, and a delivery fee is applied based on your location
Our team handles:

We typically arrive 1–3 hours before your scheduled event start time, depending on our delivery route for the day. This ensures your inflatable is fully installed and ready when your party begins.
For safety and stability:
• On grass surfaces, inflatables are secured with heavy-duty stakes.
• On hard surfaces such as pavement or concrete, we use protective tarps and sandbags.
• We provide all required extension cords — simply ensure a power outlet is available within 100 feet.
After your event, our team returns to clean, deflate, roll, and remove the inflatable safely.
Smaller Inflatable Units
Some of our smaller inflatable units are available for customer pickup, or delivery can be added during booking for an additional fee if preferred.

💦 Water Park Inflatables – Perfect for Okanagan Summers
Our inflatable water park rentals are extremely popular during hot summer birthdays and backyard parties across Kelowna, West Kelowna, and Lake Country.
Customer pickup is available for water park inflatables, or delivery, setup, and pickup can be added for an additional fee based on your location.
If delivery is selected, our team will:
• Deliver the inflatable
• Fully secure and install the unit
• Connect power and water
• Drain the unit before pickup for safe transport
Please ensure a standard garden hose is available for water hookup.
Because water park inflatables require additional setup, water hookup, draining, and takedown time, delivery fees for these units are higher than standard inflatables.

For safe installation of your inflatable or party rental equipment, please ensure:
• Adequate space for the inflatable plus 3–4 feet of clearance on all sides
• A standard electrical outlet within 100 feet of the setup location
• A clear path at least 36 inches wide for delivery access
• The setup area is free of sharp objects, debris, and pet waste

Most inflatables require one standard 15-amp household outlet.
Please ensure the outlet is not shared with other large appliances to prevent breaker trips during operation
When delivery is requested, our team provides all extension cords and equipment required for proper setup.
🚪 Access Requirements
To ensure safe delivery and setup, please make sure:
• Gates or pathways are at least 36 inches wide
• The path to the setup area is clear and accessible
• If the setup location involves stairs, steep slopes, difficult access, or long distances from the street, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. In some situations, assistance from the homeowner may be required during delivery.

Inflatables cannot operate in high winds or severe weather conditions. If weather conditions become unsafe, our team will contact you to discuss rescheduling options.

Delivery fees are added to the rental price and include delivery, professional setup, and pickup.
🏰 Bouncy Castle Delivery
Kelowna Central — $100
West Kelowna & Westbank — $125
Ellison, Lake Country, Joe Rich — $150
For safety reasons, customer pickup is not available for commercial bouncy castles.
💦 Water Park Delivery
Kelowna & West Kelowna — $150
This includes delivery, setup, water hookup, draining, and takedown, which requires additional time.
⏰ Delivery & Pickup Times
Delivery and pickup times vary depending on the day of the week and rental type. Our goal is always to ensure your rental is set up safely and ready before your event begins.
Monday – Friday
Weekday deliveries are available between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
Pickup for delivered rentals will occur after 5:00 PM on the same day, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Customer pickup rentals are available Monday through Sunday during scheduled pickup times.
Saturday & Sunday
Weekend events make up the majority of our bookings, so we offer flexible delivery and pickup scheduling between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
Exact delivery times are coordinated based on your event start time and our delivery route for the day.
Night-Before Delivery
To help ensure your rental is ready before your event begins, delivery may occasionally take place the evening before your scheduled rental date when scheduling allows.
In these cases, the inflatable will be fully secured and ready to inflate on the morning of your event.
Pickup Timing for Delivered Rentals
For commercial inflatable rentals, we aim to pick up units before dark whenever possible to allow for proper inspection and safe handling during takedown.
