Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Kettle Valley Party Rentals does not have its own indoor locations. We like to bring the party to you and we operate year round. 

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. We also have a wide range alternate activities and games in the event it is raining. Kettle Valley Party Rentals will make every effort to make sure your day is special is never ruined by weather. 

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions,  summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. 

Our inflatables can be set up on grass or even indoors. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long stakes.

Leaving enough space around the bouncy castle is important. All of our bouncy castle selections have the dimensions of the inflatable you are renting.  Please ensure the area you have chosen does not have tree branches in the way, and is not immediately beside a fence. 

To get you the best bang for your bucks all of our rentals are for Customer Pick up from our Kelowna location, but we do offer Delivery and Set up and Take down and Pick-Up for an additional fee. 

Yes! Bouncy Castles are a great way to get kids moving and having fun in the winter time. Our inflatables are suitable for indoor use, as long as the ceiling is higher (by at least 4 feet) than the height of the bouncy castle. Please consider all obstructions (lighting, etc) to ensure nothing is in the way that could damage the bouncy castle. 

A $50 Deposit is due at the time of booking to confirm your event date. Payment can be made via credit card, debit, or e-transfer. If you cancel at least 72 hours prior to your event date, we can reschedule the castle rental for another day/time. Please note in this situation we will try our best to accommodate your requested date and time but we do book several weeks in advance during our busy high season.

Adult Supervision is REQUIRED at all times. Accidents on equipment generally result from 1) too many participants or mixing age groups on a unit 2) flips and roughhousing, 3) unit not kept secured. Attendants should monitor number and age of participants and ensure they’re following rules and acting responsibility. Inflatable stake/anchor weights should also be checked periodically to ensure they are in place. 

At this time, Kettle Valley Party Rentals does not provide attendants. Please ensure an adult is supervising the use of all products at all times. 

Kettle Valley Party Rental services the Okanagan area. We are happy to deliver your Rental anywhere from West Kelowna to Lake Country. Outside of  this area we do not deliver but Pick-Up is available. Please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
